They were in the July rewards as well, but really, they are not worth the cost. On my server (Titan) at least, a +2 stone (3000 points) runs 400-500k, and etchings 50-80k, so if you need etchings, you're better off selling a +2 and some level 3 skirmish parts and finding etchings in a bazaar.

They added it to sparks npcs for 10k sparks for 1, so expect prices to drop considerably.

In any case, I'm still getting +2 stones or Red ponweeds for squirming White Adamantoises in Monster Rearing ;) With my main and 15 mules that is hehe
