Second sub job? Follow

Wasn't sure exactly where to put this

Since I've returned I've noticed my rdm has another slot for a sub job but I can't find any info on how to activate/unlock it

Is there a lvl requirement or is it just available if you've done the first quest at lvl 18?

That is not a second subjob, that is something called iLevel (item level) which is something relatively new to the game as a way to increase our power above level 99 with equipment instead of actually going above level 99 (PS2/game engine limitations). There is also something called "Su" which is superior gear, unlocked through capacity points as a way of forcing us to grind high level enemies to wear new types of gear.
