I don't understand why they don't just make these things permanently available. Still, it'll be nice to finally get Sakura since I missed the first two opportunities.

Someone on FFXIAH says Koru-Moru uses " Haste II, Refresh II, Protect & Shell V, Phalanx II, Dia III, Slow II and also uses Convert when mp is low."

Haven't had a chance to pick them up yet... was burning my SMN up so I could warp to all the primes and get those finished before the update... I hate running.

Does Koru actually cast Haste II on anyone but himself, though? >_>

I didn't look into it during freebie time, but I think it involves the proto-waypoints. So that might be a good wiki start.

think he's talking about the level 20 mini tuning fork fights

http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Trial_Size_Trial_by_Fire etc etc

you get a mini fork to warp you to the protocrystal directly, but you lose the ability to do that when you've beaten that avatar

This, yes.

I think I read somewhere that you no longer lose the ability to warp once you've done the trial size but I don't remember where I read that. Mostly I just got sick of losing to Titan so I decided to burn smn up then warp there using the mini tuning fork but do the regular fight.

I am way too lazy to walk to these out of the way places. Hope they add a homepoint crystal to each of them.

I tried koru out at around lvl 60 and he cast haste on everyone starting with caster and refresh on himself and other npc's with magic.

Yes. I was derping around in Sky and yes. His routine goes: Refresh II (him), Phalanx then Haste II on you. So if you're killing too fast, you'll never see it.
