Can anyone confirm weavers torque drops from GoV boxes in the shrine of ru"Avitau ? I have spent 2 days here, got terminus earring twice but no torque
I don't know who told you that there is such a thing as a Weaver's Torque, but no such thing exists in the game (yet; crafting torques for all the crafts that didn't get one years ago are being added soon based on some upcoming patch info that Matsui posted)
Every FoV/GoV zone has one particular "unique" item that can drop from its boxes, and for Ru'Avitau it happens to be the Terminus Earring. You might have been looking for the torque in the nearby zone of Ve'Lugannon Palace, but that one is the Alchemist's Torque, not for CC.

I was under the impression the new torques were added recently as I got goldsmithing torque from den of rancor
Multiple people on BG have confirmed it. Keep trying, you're just unlucky.

Yea they released them back in the august update. A few LS mates went for the cooking torque.
