Adventurers' boundaries have never been broader than with the implementation of the June version update! Myriad existing weapon skills are now more potent, while merit point category caps have been raised to spectacular summits. On top of that, newfound powers course through the veins of tanks with the addition of spells created especially for them. With the ability of alter egos to join parties, everyone will also be able to take on more challenging trials. Furthermore, skirmishes and battlefields are now more easily accessible than ever before, and have received a few fighter-freeing adjustments of their own. Also, pioneers can unlock new treasures from wildskeeper reives and may now enhance equipment previously procured from them. Praise be to Altana!

Players no longer need to be tied down to traditional synthesis conventions, thanks to synthesis kits and newly stackable materials. Mog Gardens may also be upgraded to rank seven, meaning they can reach new crests of convenience. Even the UI has undergone adjustments, including the option to display party members' TP, among other enhancements. With all that this version update has to offer, how can adventuers not feel at least a little more liberated?

Read on for all the restriction-rejection details.

ATM, items which stack do not show the amounts in the stack on any of my characters. For example, "Fire Crystal" displays "Fire Crystal" in the menu windows, but with no indication of how many Fire Crystals are in a particular stack. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Thought I saw a pic of them moving the number onto the item icon for some reason. Plan B, if you're using some kind of UI mod, stop until it's updated.

Addendum: No stack amounts are showing up in the Auction House menus, either. For example, I see two "Fire Crystal" entries in the bid window, but neither one indicates which entry is the single "Fire Crystal" and which entry is the "Fire Crystal" stack of 12.

Ahhh, that's is it! Yes, the amount is on the icon, thanks for that!!

So... I freed up over 30 slots of inventory space across my various types of inventory just by doing the Sort Command.

lol.

Stackable Ores/logs? HELL YES. About freaking time.

No space saved here... there would be if they made stuff that stacks to 12 currently, stack to 99 instead, though >_>

Ores and logs VERY promptly leave my inventory one way or another, whether they end up on the AH, on an NPC, or on the ground... Voidwatch has made sure of that

I'm too much of a packrat to throw down anything above Tin as far as Ore goes lol.

It's precisely because I am a packrat that I can't afford to be lugging around vendortrash :<

Hmm, well depending on how expensive these new guild vendor prices are... I might be tempted to vendor some of the lower stuff too.

On one hand it would be nice to sort your inventory for space. On the other hand it would be incredibly expensive/inconvenient to have to purchase some things in stacks of 99.

Its personal preference and all, but yes we need to educate WoW players that this is OUR game, these are Characters and not Toons. Time to beat that into them one at a time.

From playing FFXIV, where everybody sells stacks of 90+ of everything, it is hella inconvenient. Usually I end up saying "***** it" and going out and gathering the 2-4 items I need myself rather than buying the stacks of 99 everybody wants to sell. It'd be even worse in FFXI, because you can't sell partial stacks unless you list them as singles.

Now, on other news, I decided to test-drive some of the changes today in Zeruhn Mines, and...

1). I love the new Daily RoE, even though it is only worth 500xp. Better than the Vanquish Plantoids it usually gives me, lol. I wound up getting 48,000xp in about 1 hour and 10min (partially thanks to Vanquish Multiple Enemies I finishing during the whole thing, that was 5000 alone). I used an Anniversary Ring that I had for years ago and it wore off just before I dinged (started with almost nothing into the level).

2). Ayame is awesome now! She hits just a little harder, and she always waits until you have at least 1000 TP before using her weaponskill (though she doesn't bother to look at the mob's HP meter; sometimes she wastes it, but then being a SAM she can WS again very soon). She used Tachi: Yukikaze almost exclusively (throwing in that one that starts with an H now-and-then). Both chain Fragmentation with Raging Rush (I was leveling my WAR lol). I was Lv83 (dinged 84) and she was doing 500-600 damage with her WS, and mine were doing 800-900 after my food wore off (I was setting 1500s before Food wore off lol). The Fragmentation was always doing 80-90% of my Raging Rush's damage on both the bats and the crabs. Also, she uses Hasso and Meditate now, I don't remember her doing that before.

3). They seemed to have screwed with Skillchain timing; you must wait a minimum of 3 seconds now. I don't remember being forced to wait so long, I remember at most a second or two but it is at least 3 now, and the window stays open longer, too.

So far, I'm liking what I see so far. lol.

Oh, and I checked some prices at the Goldsmiths' Guild:

Lv40 Goldsmith Kits: some kind of earring IIRC, about 7k gil.
Gold Ore: 1,200 each
Brass Sheets: 300 each
Colored Rocks: 7.8k gil each

I'm not saying everything should be in stacks of 99. I just have a ton of things like Abyssea NM drops that are used for empy weapons, that right now are taking up multiple stacks because they only stack to 12. These aren't even sellable or tradeable, so there would be no harm in them stacking to 99.

Window lasting longer isn't new. It's 10 seconds. I noticed a few days ago i can consistently get a light skillchain solo with mnk using reverse flourish. Can also do it simply with HF, and luck with double/triple/quadruple attacks.

One thing i liked from before is the way items in your inventory showed the amount after the name instead of on/in the icon.

For example:
Was: @ Silent Oil 12
Now: (12) Silent Oil

I have to lean in at times to see how much stuff i have left.

This sounds like something that really should have been an option. I noticed on some icons I have trouble seeing it too.

For some reason party/alliance TP isn't showing up on Xbox and the command to turn it off and on isn't functioning either...
