Huh? I know for a fact my payment for the transfer went through.
I went into my account and found my characters canceled. I re-activated them and the sort, but got charged $13.
On the world transfer page, it said:

Also, after purchasing a World Transfer, there will be no monthly fees incurred for transferring characters to different Worlds.
What does that mean exactly? I was thinking it meant no monthly fee for the next month?
And why did they cancel my account right after a world transfer? Just wondering before I attempt to contact support.
