It seems like i have run into a problem. I am an eu player, but plays on usa version, so I need usa seekers of adoulin version. Has anyone solved this problem? Amazon requires usa billing address to import. . .strangely you can buy all FFXI games via square enix account management except Seekers of Adoulin.

I haven't yet bought Adoulin for my main yet and I got a US version of the game too.
I will be buying it at some point but I believe the billing address isn't really that important for a digital download as long as the credit or debit card info is correct. (As they don't have to physically deliver the product to your house.)
Be sure that you got the correct region for the discs you got and you should be fine.
You should get an email for the codes once payment has gone through successfully and if all goes well you can download the game and add the code to your SE account which should activate the expansion.

Gonna bump this as I realise the info I previously produced was incorrect.
EU's who had previously imported a US version of FFXI will not be able to download FFXI from either Amazon or SE as they request billing info and not an actual address. So unless you know someone from America who is willing to buy the expansion and email the code/info afterwards, you won't be able to get the expansion at all. (Once you have the codes on the other hand, it should allow you to register it and play.)
Seems they successfully region locked the game for good...
