Random FFXI crashes.Follow

Haven't really played for about a year or so (did an update about a month ago) but tonight after a quick update FFXI keeps randomly crashing.

Win 7 and GTX 670 all up to date. I don't use/have xfire or trillion.

Anyone had this problem and fixed it?

I'll go do the normal file checks, OS scan and reboot while i wait.

Nothing worked.
Changed compatibility modes, Service pack 2 xp worked for 5 mins.

Doing a POL uninstall and grabbing latest POL setup from:
http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/download/media/vista01.html
Says Vista and Win7 so hopefully this should fix the problem.

Edit Add 3:
SOB. Still crashes after POL uninstall and new reinstall with updates.

Anyone recently getting these crashes?
