I m having a problem acquiring this cipher. I have all pre reqs apparently, but he won t talk to me. Anyone know what is needed? Thanks for any help.

Last sunday's mini update had me thinking they had added that stuff too but it seems not.

You're not wrong..they add stuff it's just not activated yet lol. Heck we knew a lot of Ciphers coming for months now.

I know that, I just picked up Naja's Cipher from the NPC and learned the spell but I think you know what we meant.
