Hello there.
Regarding to FFXIClopedia, I am supposed to talk to a guy named Clarion Star in K-7 Port Bastok for the trust.
I allready picked up the first one in San Doria, but this guy only says he's from Jeuno.
Do I need to anything before talking to him?

It sounds like you may not have actually completed the Sandorian path. Did you summon the Trust NPC in the correct zone (it's very specific) and return to the quest giver in town?

Yes, but only with the first of the three. Do I need to get each one from the first city to be able to get from the others?

Having just played with this on a mule, I believe the correct order is:
1: Talk to first city quest giver
2: Talk to first Trust NPC in that city
3: Go to one of the listed zones and summon
4: Return to Trust NPC to finalize (not the quest giver, the Trust NPC him/her self).
Other cities should then be available, but in most cases, you need to do the first NPC in that city before doing the later ones. The quest givers also will not allow you to trade cyphers until you have done #4 above.
