I have 2 characters and alternate between the 2 both have bought warp runes from Jausephine in Couriers guild but one character also has warps to Nashmau and Whitegate. I have no idea where I got these, and apparently no one else I know does either. I have looked online and seen no reference to these warps. These are not the VW warps, they warp from waypoints under the subsection runes. Does anybody know where I got these ?
It can be related to ToAU mission progress but I don't know if anybody is certain.

Yeah, you need mission progress for those. Not sure how much exactly, but those runes as well as the one for Tavnazian Safehold require it.
Considering what the other two said; 1. you need mission progress to buy those and 2. If you already have them, you were prolly sleepy/distracted when you were going after runes. You can buy them same place as the other runes. (It can happen; and you prolly forgot you bought them or weren't paying attention)
No big deal at all, but I assume the second chara is a mule and that mule hasn't done as many missions as the first chara (which I assume is a main) So, perfectly understandable.

For a few years it was a mule(2nd char) but increasingly is played as much if not more than main recently. And yes has not done much of ToAU but main finished that, and is like 4 assaults from captain rank. Interestingly I do have Tav safehold on both but then I did a bit more of the missions here for Dyna access
the only thing I can think of that warps you to and from nashmau and whitegate is the tidal talisman... and the only way to get it was to purchase this $300 item from the square-enix store. Unfortunately it's no longer for sale as it were limited quantities to begin with.

Anyhow, Voidwatch warps are good stuff. Nashmau has no requirements (just need to be 75 for the NPC to talk to you), and with the existing WG warp NPC in Jeuno, you just need the Batallia VW warp. Unfortunately you need to complete all three nations VW series first to unlock the Jeuno stuff.
It was $50, not $300. I bought one. It was a lovely pewter Leviathan pendant that unfortunately came with a cheap plastic braided rope necklace.
