I've searched, both on this site and Google, and can't find an answer. I've even waited on the chat for hours, many times to see my number in the queue increase, but be greeted with a "closed" sign.
I played a lot early on until 2009. Started again in fall 2010 and stopped in Jan 2011. I wanted to get going again, so I booted up POL on my PC and got greeted with an error LM-24 saying I needed a SquareEnix account. Odd thing is that I have my SE account ID tagged on my POL login. Now, I get into POL fine by logging in (right before I get the error), but on the SE website it says my password is incorrect when I try to transfer the POL account to SE.
Does this have to do with my account being suspended or something like that? I was hoping it just had something to do with the fact I've been inactive a few years.
Sorry if this sounds like a drunken ramble... had to drink some cask strength Macallen tonight after all of the frustration with SE chat support...
