With the latest bundle pack you are offered a destrier beret and another item, I received my first destrier beret from the last bundle so I'm wondering would it be possible to get second beret for another character if I purchase the latest bundle?

One more question, I'm also assuming you can purchase it multiple times and still receive the items? Seems like you can based of your answer.
Yes. You can also buy the in game items by themselves if your just buying a collectors edition for them.

The only reason they offer it via the store is because there's no other way to get it if you didn't get it with the collection pack.
