Curious if they have added something to allow you to get it changed, whether once per account, or by fee.
Windower has a feature that will change your race/gender, but it's only a visual change and everyone will still see your normal appearance. You will not gain the race stat bonuses either.
Your race/gender are otherwise permanent unless you create a new character.

Darn was hoping they had implemented a real way.oh well guess ill stick to the giraffe lol
They've gotten several requests for a paid race change feature on the official forums, and they said they would look into it. Here's their official response:
