New Player, Should I Bother?Follow

Hey Guys!

I haven't played since CoP and I quit due to the pure fact that I live in the UK, most of the player base was US and it was nearly impossible to get good exp groups unless I stayed up past midnight because of the time difference. I really loved this game and I would buy the entire collection if I could now solo my way up and spells and gear weren't so damn time consuming to get.. Can some please give me their truthful opinion on whether I should bother?

When you say level 99 with no problem, is that via grouping or solo? If solo, how is it done now? All I remember is doing start zone, dunes, quifim etc...

I'd try to fish around for a more a EU-heavy group. Even if you can level via PUGs, other endgame activities are still going to require time investment and decent organization. Otherwise, you'll be at the mercy of maybe catching a PUG shout for something if you're lucky, while trying to form one on your own could go nowhere.
