Thinking about coming back, I ask SE if I preorder seeker of adoulin, can I start to play right away and simply unlock Adoulin on march 27.
The always helpful answer was : That information has not yet been announced or we are not able to comment at this time.
Someone know the answer ? please!
Even if I wonder if SE deserve my money...

As far as I know, if you buy the new Ultimate Seekers Collection that includes all old expansions and Seekers, you can not use it to play the game immediately and will need to wait until Seekers launch.
If you buy the Ultimate Abyssea collection and then pre-order Seekers separately, then you can begin immediately* and will be able to install Seekers when it is released.

yeah I know about the second option but that come more expansive, guess I'll wait till march 27 and see if I still have the urge to play by then.

I think I remember a post a few weeks back where someone purchased the Seekers collection and was unable to play until release.

I was the one that posted about having to wait til SoA releases to play at all. I got the Abyssea Ultimate dl for my gf to play. At this point we may not get SoA til sometime later. Funding for the wedding is first priority.
