The failure reduction for every craft under level 30 is going to be an immense selling point. Even more so if they more than likely botch up the coding and have every synth that has a sub-requirement of <30 be affected too.

Its a shame i dont have a single job under 30 anymore, those are some solid stats for those levels. It almost makes up for how resistant things are at that level. But given how quickly we breeze through levels now, probably not half as important as before.

So unless eating Gysahl Greens gives you movement speed, or +30 to every stat, i very much doubt i'd be buying yet another (like 4th) complete XI collection.

I have so many jobs under 30 and I've been wanting the hat for a long time so I'll definitely be getting this, especially since every craft is under 30 as well. Besides it's not terribly more expensive than the regular collection. I wasn't about to buy the abyssea collection just for the hat, but since I am buying Adoulin anyway, I am willing to pay extra for the nifty items. I mean, I'm someone that spends 7 bucks on a beer that's gone in an evening. 10 bucks for two items I'll use often in XI is nice.

Also could be useful for lower level BCNM

I love this game enough that can get the extra money for the shirt. Plus I love items that are slightly anachronistic like sunglasses or t-shirts in fantasy games.

How good is +50 acc ect on a <30 character? is it really that significant?

Also does the stats from the hat stack with other auto effects? if so that sounds super. Im just trying to get the details is all.

Not a fraction as useful as it once was. ~25% more hit rate at skeletons is only gonna help on the Ghouls (though it might make BLU even more insane there) compared to what it would have done in the classic d00nz parties.

Could be interesting for certain 20 and 30 cap BCs though, much as the auto-reraise already does. I wouldn't be surprised if it was nerfed to not work in them.

It'd be huge and accuracy would make a difference... if we were still fighting ITs.

Instead, we fight EP-EM from level 18 or so on up.

The real purpose is brute-forcing you to hit on super low unskilled weapons so you skill up to being effective faster.

Just wondering, if I buy this can I use the items in it on my current account, or is it only for BRAND NEW players?

I believe the items are separate codes that you can apply to any character, but only once.

What does gysahl green appreciation do, though?

I have to guess that green appreciation is going to be tied to Defense of the body piece. The stats are great but the defense is abysmal. At level 10+ the lack of defense is really going to hurt. So maybe eating greens will raise defense?

Just a guess.

That's what I was thinking. I'm really hoping that's the case, I've pre-ordered and I'll be really put out if I can't use those items on my main.

I think these items will benefit new players or old ones returning to the game then people who have played for years without a break.
They will look good on my manniquins for my main but I may level up some subs on my mules. :)

Edit: this is only for people wanting to buy the whole collection or just the add-on? o.o

The Chocobo Shirt is only with the Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition. If you just bought Seekers of Adoulin by itself, then you won't get it.

i know its a bump but i thought id ask a couple of questions about the set if you guys dont mind :)

1: do you get the 30 days free even if its not a new account
2: do you have to preorder the set to get the items
3: do you have to buy it from SE to get the items or can i go to a store and buy the set
if you could answer these 2 questions it would be great :)

It's the Ultimate Collection, Seekers Edition that comes with the two items (Destrier Beret and Chocobo Shirt), and as long as you buy that version of it, it shouldn't matter where you purchased it or if you pre-ordered it or not. However, if it isn't a new account, you do not get the free 30 days.
