I'd say there's actually quite a whole lot of gear out now with both good haste and DD stats. We didn't see much of that back in the level 75 era, yeah
On that note, I'd also say that effort is probably better spent toward getting Thaumas gear if you don't have it, particularly nowadays, when doing F80 is actually a viable option (only 5 clears of F80 needed to get a piece instead of 25), and before Embrava gets nerfed (it's already nerfed in HQ Salvage)
