trying to come back, but i've forgotten my PW (haven't been in the world for a LONG time)

trying to get back in, i don't know why but for some reason, I want to see how vanadiel is, and see if anyone I know is still here.

does anyone have a number i can call, or web address i can go to, to get back to bald headed jerk of a monk? I can't remember my PW, as i've changed it many times over the years, and i really want to play around in the world for a few.

hope everyone is still adventuring, and having fun. and killing hakutaku and ripping up KRT.

Go to Playonline.com and click on Square Enix Account Management System in the top right corner. Here it asks you for you Square Enix ID and Password. You can click forgot password/id and put in your email and it'll send it. Then you log in to the Square Enix Account Manegment System and on the left hand side is a tab that says Services and options. Click on Select Service, Final Fantasy XI, and the button Options List. Near the top in the gray box you will see the text "PlayOnline / FINAL FANTASY XI : "ABCD1234". Those four letters and four numbers are your Playonline ID. Scroll down and you'll see the option to change your Playonline password. Remember that your Square Enix ID/password is different than your Playonline ID/password so write them both down. Goodluck.
