Hello and welcome back! All servers are about the same when it comes to helpful/douchey people these days. Trust me, you're bound to find a home anywhere. As for team work...it's actually pretty easy to solo most of the basic gear if you level up Ninja/Dancer/Beastmaster. Don't feel down about that either because EXP rains from the sky now.
