New Hat for the upcoming Halloween event

Looks fun to just have. Then again so did the Galka Swimwear; also terrorizing!

The 'fun to haves' tend to get dropped when I need space. I've kept my Treat Staff II as it is very useful! Does anyone know if this Ahriman hat has any cool/useful stats? Even just a costume charm would be fun.
