Returning player needs helpFollow

Hello I am a returning player who is having trouble installing Final Fantasy XI. I have not played in 5 years and have decided to start from scratch so I bought the Final Fantasy XI: Ultimate Collection Abyssea Edition off of Amazon. Everything goes fine until I get to the part where XI is getting extracted by 7zip. It gets to the end and then 7zip diagnostics pop up and give me a few crc errors. I have never run into this problem before and have no idea what it means. If any additionally information is needed let me know and I'll provide what i can.

CRC is Cycleric Redundancy Check. It happens when a file is incorrectly copied from one place to another (incomplete or damaged file). It could be a problem on amazon's end, I am not sure.. but to be safe, I would try to unzip the file with Windows Explorer, since the built-in unzipping utility does a better job at unzipping stuff. If you are noticing a CRC check when you execute installers or programs on your pc, I would look into anti-virus, or maybe invest in a new hard drive since bad clusters may be to blame. Bad clusters seem to spread like cancer.
