Ok so I just started up again and I wanted to move server to the one my friend is on but the only way I can do that is by using clickandbuy, But they blocked my account from the moment i made it and I have not been able to get in contact with them.
Is it just me or is SE crazy for using this kind of payment system. -.-

There are many ways one can pay for their account besides using C&B. Unless you happen to be in the one area of the world where it's the only option I feel for you. C&B customer service is terrible.... once SE let us WEST players have access to pay directly with a CC, I stopped using C&B.

It is the only option for world transfer.
Just delete your char and make a new one. Unless it is like at cap and has good endgame gear already. No point in paying 25 bucks to keep a couple days worth of progress.

I agree. A new slate isn't as bad as trying to dust off an old one.
Never use click and buy. My payment form (CC) expired back last Nov/Dec and they removed the CC option at that time (for some reason), so I had to use click and buy. They botched my payment 2 months in a row and I got perma-banned. The months actually got paid, they just paid / removed / paid them, so this made me banned because it happened more than 1 time. Never got an email from C&B or SE, just banned. Took me almost 3 months to get my account back. Definitely a huge hassle. Use the CC option, its very reliable.

He mentioned, though, that the only option for paying the world transfer fee was C&B.
Although, yeah, would cost much, MUCH less (both in money and in abject misery) to simply recreate your character on the world you wish to play on this early in the game.
