It might have initially been slow, but with the recent change to how quickly macros come up now when you hit control or alt it's really quick. I can trigger the macro without even needing to see it pop up on the screen it responds that much better.
Never had to wait for them to begin with...
The same.
The delay was for the macro palette to show up, not for the macro to fire.
Firing off has always been instantaneous.
