It should've warned on the SE account site that your account cannot be transferred when you tried to transfer instead of POL giving a warning.
You have transferred, right? Since it's been 2 weeks since you had to transfer.
You can check the account status on the Square-Enix account system site. It's under Service and from there click the button next to your FFXI account. If it says active, something's messed up. If it says canceled, check payment history, it might be rebounded payment. One rebounded payment causes temp ban (and you have to call SE to get it lifted) and twice or three times perma ban.
And as reply to your other thread, there never has been weekend support as far as I know.
Edit add: With the rebounded payment I mean that you pay them, and in a few days the bank does charge-back, a friend of mine lost his account when bank did it twice because of some fraud alert on the card.
