Sticky this thread! because of this here :)

Aww i had scholar until someone rated this down :(

That would be me. And I rated you down because you're posting needless garbage about how your rating goes up and down. I -really- don't want to hear about every time someone rates you.

and what kind of name is zendster? :)

Edit: Uffie actually happens to be my RL name. I don't like people insulting it, let's not get personal.

AHAHAHA, every moron that gets slammed in this formum, becomes either a law student, pre-med student, or med student- before the thread falls to the allahdeim necropolis.
FF is like 70% populated by future lawyers and brain surgeons.
In this case a lawyer named Uffie, OMG if you knew how damn retarded you sound..well, that would make you not as retarded, and not as much fun to laugh at...

InFACT, i have been known to do some brain sergery on the side, onyl on weekends though.

Clearly a lie, brain surgeons DON'T use chainsaws.

To paraphrase Marv from Sin City..

I love RMT, you can do anything you want to them and not feel bad.

IMO RMT isn't bad. Its the methods that the RMTer earning gil are just wrong.
But since the game prohibits RMT actions, I feel sorry for those who buy gil coz its like paying money to buy back their own old panties from someone who stole them. How stupid. :p
#84REDACTED, Posted: Dec 04 2006 at 2:33 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I agree, bots are wrong. However the fact that one person uses a bot means that everyone else must use a bot to make it fair again.

So, lets see if I have this straight. You are a law student with a part-time job who lives with mommy and daddy. You are a gil-buyer with no concept of the harm you do others. You feel the only way to combat cheating is to cheat (bot to fight botting).

So what we have here ladies and gentlemen is a young man with a firm grasp on his future! Another crooked lawyer without morals or any social redeeming values. A societal parasite. I hear the mob is looking for some new shysters, you'll do well.

I'd change my name though. Uffie just won't cut it in the courtroom when you're representing Big Tony. Plus all the other gangsters will laugh at him when he has to say, "I want my phone call, I need to call Uffie."

Well I am very glad your not on my server. My suggestion to any one on Odin is to Blist your ***. Not that I really think you gave your in game name like you send you did.

Also thank you for posting so much. I now can truely rate your karma where it belongs. I suggest anyone else that reads this thread, please take the time and rate this guy as down for everyone of his posts. Maybe, just maybe we can get the point across that RMT is evil.

I am almost tempted to make a character on Odin just shout your a noob and RMT buyer!...

Just my 2 cents worths

It's a little surreal that the game wouldn't be "fun" without people in China doing the boring parts of the game.

People would just learn to adjust to the different environment.

Hmmmm, free translation of the OP:
"Thanks to RMT, I don't have to play this game, but I can pretend I am playing anyway."

Note: Thanks to people like the OP, I don't get to play this game. For which he/she/it has my sincerest ungratitude. (Hey, did I just invent a new word? :D )

Ok, this looks like a land-mine, but I'm stepping anyway...

The people that consider themselves 'end-game' or 'hardcore' players have much love and respect for the aspects of this game that have become difficult to deal with due to people working (RMT) in their game.

Now, my take on this is that you wanted to stir the cage and get a rise out of the people that do care about this game and have respect for their fellow players. This my friend is as close to what is called 'Asshat-ery' on these boards as I can tell.

You knew full-well the attitude of people on this site, and likely had a clue to the reaction you'd receive. Now maybe in jolly-olde england it is good form to pull stuff like this, of that I'm not sure, but in most places that is frowned upon.

Note: your actions can be likened to the following scenario--
I once saw this video 'Thumpers and Dumpers 3', which is a documentary-style film about cars with hydrolics on the frame to make the car 'jump' around.
This is something that people in certain ghetto-y areas like to do for fun, and to show off thier skills in putting together the best 'hooked-up' car that they can, with the limited resources available.
At some point in the film, some white-boys from some richy-rich area roll through into the 'hood, and show off their car, which is taken to near-perfection as far as this sub-culture can tell.
Now, can you guess the reaction from the hard-core people?

Do you think they cheered and accepted this new-comer?

No. Not at all. In fact they threw bottles and cans and ran those asshats out. Which of course is what ought to be done about you, sir.
