HQ PitchforkFollow

The trick to getting your HQ Pitchfork is getting the goblin costume. The goblin costume is based on your nation. If you were of Sandy allegiance and wanted to get a golbin costume, you need to go to the Orc costume NPC and wait until night before you try to get your costume. If you were Bastok, you need the Quadav costume giver, and same with Windy needing the Yagudo costume. Night time is probably counted as between 20-4, I didn't try during times of 18-6.

Once you have the gobbie costume, you need to run and check the balloons, the balloon in Windy Woods for Pitchfork +1 is near the dhalmel pens. If anyone comes up with the +1 balloon locations for the other zones, please post.

In Windy woods:
Sandy players should go to Millerovieunet
Bastok should go to Wije Tiren
Windurst should go to Kuzah Hpirohpon

Remember to trade items at night to get the Goblin costume.

In North Sandy:
Sandy players should go to Attarena or Trick Wight
Bastok should go to Trick Spectre

In South Sandy:
Sandy players should go to Pourette
Bastok should go to Lotte

Credit for the discovery should really go to Wintieu and Waif, they got the first set of HQ forks, then we bounced around theories. Then Honiru and myself tested it for Sandy allegiance and it worked. Grats to Waif and Wintieu!!




EDIT: BTW you may want to have your NQ pitchfork equipped before you do this. We had all obtained our before proceeding.
