New Features vs. Server StabilityFollow

It seems like SE is always adding new features, quests, etc.. but the server problems pretty much stay the same... I just wondered if they put that same effort into the server equipment, software, etc.. would it be any better? Which one would you rather have, a game with tons of features you cant use as often(kinda like we have right now), or a game with less features thats playable more often? And how many of you would like to go kick the ???? out of the guy(s) doing DDoS attacks? lol
