Joo have been hacked, or a glitched System message. That would scare me, maybe copy that down and look for translation ... that scares me

I got the same thing.. just not the JP symbols and the (5) I Tried to log.. but nothing happened o_O i tried talking... but no one moved around me.. said anything back... and then I get tossed into the crowd of "0mG B@Tm@n! I R Teh P0L-0011" ; ;

I wonder what the Jp symbols mean.... anyone care to translate?

a guess:

"don't log out because you will not be able to log back on"

since that is the problem they seem to be having now.

I've gotten a similar error before, if I can find the screencap, I'll post it. I actually got it when leaving my MH one day. *shrug*

I've gotten a message like that (no idea if it's the same or not since I can't read Japanese) a few times trying to send messages while in-game in a high-receive, laggy area (i.e. lvling in Crawler's Nest on a busy night). I did a bit of looking into it because I got freaked out, too. Seems it was just a system error glitch. The system was trying to tell me that the message was NOT sucessfully sent, but presumably the area's lag made the system send me the Japanes version of the error message. This was over 6 months ago and I've had no discernable negative effects from it. I can only assume something similar happened in your case, and, if I were you, I wouldn't be too worried.

Yeah, iirc, it's when you failed at sending a POL message, not ingame FFXI message.

A buddy in my old LS translated this for me it means something like this

送信準備 = prepare to send infomation
できません = unable to
でした= past tense

or unable to prepare sending data

PS

I copied and pasted what she typed i can't type JP symbols lol XD

Thanks for all the help. I feel alot better now lol ^^
