I remember reading about a demon camp in Ulgeland Range (However the hell you spell that) and I've got a friend who is supposed to have looked around for it tonight, if anyone can provide assitance as to where that is that'd be dope, btw XD

---Please first open this map---

How to LV at Uleguerand Range lv 73+ (my personal experience)

General, how to go to point (3)
Your xp pt will have to cross 4 open areas and 4 caves. To do this. The first 2 open areas you will only need Invisible. For the All the caves you will only need Sneak (for the Bats, the worms dont agrro).

Area (1)
Here is where the problems starts.

There are Nival Raptors, Giant Buffalos, and Brontotaurs. For Raptors with Sneak its just enough, for Buffalos with Invisible its all ok. But.. for Brontotaurs, they have truesight, they agrro from a decent range (only on view). This means you will need to wait to see they are turned and walk fast fast.

Second problem, its that also, this its the first area with holes. This means that if the ppl dont keep 'eyes open' to where they going, they will prolly fall down, get agrro and prolly die also. But if you fall down there's a FAST way to go up (read ahead).

Area (2)

Many more enemys, a few demons, eyes and, again, Brontotaurs (read area 1 detail of how to aboit them).

Also, the are has many holes, so its really important that the people of your PT keep focused, the enemys down there will be Decent Challenge-EM to a lv 74. Also there are Bombs, that means that they will agrro to Magic.

About the caves (and how to go out if u fall in a hole).

While walking on the 2nd, 3th and 4th caves, you will see a Ice formation cristal (i need to recheck to get the name), that its target-able. Click it and you will get a Key Item.

If you have this Key Item and you fall on a hole do this:
Find a Crack (again dont remember the real name) that u can target and click. (if there's non where u fall down try to Sneak, Invis (out of Bomb agrro range) and search one Asap. When you find it (you must have the Key Item), click on it and you will be able to use it. This will send you up. BUT remember that you will lost the Key Item when used. You will need to get other in order to go up if u fall down again.

On the worse case you will pop on a area with enemys, at least on this area, if you die, yo will be able to get a Tractor-Raise on the most cases.

The trip, can be done in 20-30 mins, if your PT dont fall in a hole, or dont get agrro. If someone dies, had to warp etc. The trip will be around 1h at least, maybe more.

Important thinks to take care about.

a) Everyone must go with Silent Oils / Prism-Tonko. Even mages must have Silent Oil / Prism. At least 1 stack cos sometimes you wont be able to cast a magic, or you will need a 'fast cast' just not to get agrro and kill the joy ;).

b) |Gather-Togheter| as much as posible. Many ppl can get lost there, or fall down a hole, if they dont pay attention.

c) Its better to follow a Thf/Nin/Rng, or anyone that has 'Radar' enemy view. They know can see if the enemys are out of range to recast silent-invis, and they should lead people to avoid the Brontotaurs that has truesight.

If you arrive point (3) of the map.

There, next to the cave exit you can camp. Pull demons, or eyes, and if you want, fight Tyrannotaur (they are the easy to kill enemys there) but they can cast Doom (that can be avoid facing-off the enemy when it cast it) or with Cursna (that can fail) or with Holy Water (that can fail too, but its the fastest way to clean it, cos u can use as many has you need until it wore off, or until 10 count down kills you º~º).

The demons there can kill a Ninja 74-75 if they have really really bad luck, cos they have other attack than normal enemys that can deal easy 500-700 damage. That if the shadows are off, its a posible death. (i have see very good ninjas death with that attack).

The enemys there are IT-VT to 75. The eyes and demons assist them, and they link (eyes on sound, demons on sight). They agrro from big range. So a wise puller its really a must. Sleep dont work well on this enemys, so if u get a link, hope to have a Bard to Sleep them cos Lullaby do works and its the best way to survive.

---------------------------------------------------------------

That was my experience, i hope it helps. Prolly i have miss something, ill try to fix it if so.

While nearly worthless for EXPing imo (Sorry, but an HR+ trip that risky, and enemies that can kill you no ifs ands or buts, Not to mention all the truesight...), this is good info for gettings around the Range. Thank You^^

it's not much more difficult than going to Aura Statues when Faust is up.

Just leave the bombs alone is all I ask. They are the best exp a BST can get soloing from 68-70/71. :)

the True Sight mobs turn their backs too and you can actually kill them with one party if one of them aggroes. also the King Buffaloes drop really good items.

3rd party @ Aura Statues = bleh for everybody.

Actually in my experiences more than 1 PT at staues = blah for everybody. Last time I exp'd there we were faced against JP PT and there were like no mobs at all. We decided to tele out and as we do the thf tries to MPK us. We all get teled out safely and go to uleguarand. Not as good exp as being the only PT at golems, but better than competition there.

If you love Gil+exp then this place is for you. Dark Spirit Pact, demon Horns, etc. Is that not enough gil for you??

Uhh do those seriously drop dark spirit pact? I greatly doubt it. Previously it was only dropped by 1 NM demon in Zvahl.

ok one corection is definitly needed here!

the mobs do NOT have true sight they can agro by smell, having used sneak invis and deodorize i've danced circles around them.so many mages have forgoten they even have deoderize now that its needed they just cant believe thats how mobs agro.

the mobs can also track by scent in some cases a mage droping deodorise on a player whos being persued can actualy stop the persuit, yet they must be out of sight of the mob for this to have a chance of working.
