I will admit I have done funny threads before, especially non-serious ones. Bad me, bad!!!

But, I think that there should be a pre-requisite to being able to rate a person up or down, it should be necessary to rate only if you post a reason for it, besides your rate score. Yes, not a 2 word reason, maybe a 100 minimum character limit to explain why you rate someone up. This should stop people from rating everyone in a single page, and then pressing the "Rate Posts" button.
