Ok, so here's my story (like everyone doesn't have one).

When I started this game back when it was released, I chose (surprise surprise) and elvaan war.

And the game was fun. The games was still fun at Qufim, but it slowed down a bit.

So I ran off from that place and decided to raise gil and try to craft a bit.

That's when my friend joined the game and wanted a worldpass. I got him one and, for the sake of playing with him, I created a new char (taru taru).

Over the course of the next two weeks, I have slowly abandoned my original char (lvl 23) and have really started pursuing my second one (currently 18 whm and working on raising my blm up for sub).

When I went to get the Magicked (sp) skull for my first character, it took me - no kidding - two weeks to find one.

On my second character, 10 minutes.

After hitting 18 and having the other 2 pieces already from various drops, I take my little taru butt over the mines thinking "I might get lucky and get a group already in there looking for one".

As soon as I walk in this very high level player sees me comes in and asks me what I need, invites me to party and runs off to fight.

Seven ghouls later I had the skull.

I guess my point is here, I love my whm taru taru character more than my original.

In fact, I'm almost to the point of the first altogether for my mage.

Has anyone else experienced the 'mage-love' I am?

Thanks for reading my story!

Heh I started as an Elvaan blm / rdm and then realized my MP was horrible so I switched to pld / war and found melee boring (as I had originally wanted to be a blm as my main job).

So I made a taru too ^_^
