Any Info on Tiger Helm?Follow

Does Anyone have any information on the Tiger Helm? I've seen it on 2 players on the Titan Server and asked where they got it. 1 of them said the bought it in Jeuno AH. But does anyone know if this is a drop, synthed or bought? where can I find it or acquire besides having to shell out big time gil at the AH.
