Need some adviceFollow

Well, I planned to be a Mithra RNG/THF, but as I was hitting 30, things all changed. Everything in my sig is what my Mithra has going for me, but now I've switched to a WHM Tarutaru (eventually BST/WHM then way eventually SMN/WHM). I won't be continuing on with my Mithra, although I will keep her. My TaruTaru is now level 12.

As you can see, I'm moving my Taru to my main character, but I'm leaving so much behind. Level 30, maxed fame in most areas, quests, missions, and the big ones: Level 39 Cooking, Level 34 Woodworking and level 9 fishing, along with little bits of other crafts.

The thing is, I want to be able to cook and fish on my tarutaru, so I can bring stuff along with me, and I also want to craft on her. The thing is- is it worth restarting from scratch on woodworking? (I lost a lot of cash getting through bamboo poles and maple lumbers) Or should I just level up my non cooking/fishing crafts on my Mithra and just stick with Cooking and Fishing on my TaruTaru?

If you plan on using non-stackable items like juices, it would be worth it to level up cooking on your taru. That way you can synth as needed and save valuable inventory space.
