Job changingFollow

Hi everyone,

Well I am finally settled on the right server and have been thinking. As those of you who know me are aware I play a WM; however the people I am currently playing with are very new to the game and havent picked up the finer points of playing a warrior in a party.
Is there any big loss for me as a WM (equipment limitations aside) to change jobs and play as a warrior until they get used to it?
Is there some sort of grand total level limitation? Or does it change overall stats?

It all depends on what role in a PT you eventually want to play. If you play a WAR you have to ask yourself do you want to be a DMG (drk, drg, sam, etc) dealer or a Tank (...pld). If you play a mage you'll be either the healer or a dmg.

The downside to playing a mage is that, well, you'll be able to take like... 4, 5 hits and be dead (even less for tarus).

It's all what you like to play as, and what role you see as best for you. There is no "grant" total level limitation, if you wanted you could take every job to 75.

But, if all your friends are WAR then you should stick with WHM so you can keep them alive :)
