This armor kicks ***!Follow

I've heard a lot of people mention race specific equiptment, but I thought they were talking about some armor you use when you are capped. However, in the AH I've seen some RSE for about lvl 30ish - but it costs about 50k a peice! How anyone at lvl 30 has 250k to spend on armor I don't know lol

This aremor has some relly cool stat bonuses, and I can use about half of it now. Is there another way to obtain this besides paying out of the $#%#@?

There's a quest to obtain the items, think it was in the junkshop run by the *nix family (gobs).
