Is there any way to do this?

I've received a number of compliments on my pulling technique, and I'm very proud of it, and striving to improve. Is there any way to include check results in a macro? Something like this:

/p Pulling <check> <t> with ranged attack in 5 seconds!

that would output

Pulling Incredibly Tough Snipper with ranged attack in 5 seconds!

I believe this was asked, once, and the consensus was "no, there isn't such a shortcut." However, one suggestion was to set up a trio of Macros:

[T] = /p Pulling Tough <t> to group in 5!
[VT] = /p Pulling Very Tough <t> to group in 5!
[IT] = /p Pulling Incredily Tough <t> to group in 5!

Anyway, someone please correct me if I'm wrong about that shortcut not existing, since I'd love to have one, myself. :)

I believe you are correct.. I do not think there is a way to show the con in a macro without setting 3 macros and checking it yourself beforehand.

Man, that would be nice.. but I think it's setup that way because each mob con's differently by the individual.

Spirits has the best solution and the one i use when pulling. Simply make 3 macros, 1 for each.

Another thing you might want to look into is something i have noticed alot of high level japanese players doing is adding + symbols to pull messages to account for extra attributes a mob has.

For example, a VT with high defense would be a VT+, a VT with high defense and high evasion would be VT++.

Heh... kinda funny, I thought this would be cool over the weekend and just pissed people off and lost some kills. Instead of attacking the target, I was trying /p </check> <t> and /p <check> <t> and /p <con> <t> and /p </con> <t> even </p <c> <t> and /p </c> <t> still nothing... I tried more combo's with no prevail... I don't think there is a way to macro the difficulty to party chat... just something you can see yourself and I think the reason why is if you're a lvl 9 in a party with up to lvl 11 and 12's, what is inc. tough to you is only tough to them... =\.

Right, the three others is how I have it now. Right next to my "Pulling" macro I've got (and these are all auto-translated):

6 IT
(Incredibly Tough) Get ready for a fight!

7 VT
(Very Tough) This one shouldn't be too bad.

8 LowT
>=(Tough) This one is for TP buildup or XP chain.
