Technical Issues???Follow

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone has experienced the following problems (keep in mind i've already tried contacting the tech support at Square Enix and Playonline and still haven't gotten a response)

1. Whenever i try to take a snapshot, my game freezes up (yes, i've cleared the screen like suggested in the manual)

2. whenever i try to add someone to my friends list (i.e. /befriend name) i always get a "could not send 19" error.
whenever someone sends me a "lets be friends" message and i hit "accept and add" i get that error message. All the names i've tried adding to my friends list are all under "Pending"

if someone could help, i'd really appreciate it
