3 Boost macro:
/ja "Boost" <me>
/wait 16
/ja "Boost" <me>
/wait 16
/ja "Boost" <me>
/tell <me> boost macro complete

I use 16 because sometimes there's timing/synching problems that occur w/ 15.

Beginning a SC:

/p skillname in 5!
/wait 3
/p skillname in 2!
/wait 2
/ws "skillname" <t> (or is it <me>?.. ahh, someone will correct me if I'm wrong!)

Provoke:
/p DIE <t>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
/ja "Provoke" <t>.

Good macro's. A few additions though:
Use /echo instead of tell, generates one line of text instead of two.
I'd say you only need to say you're about to use a skill once. I usually use a 3 second warning.
You don't need <t> or <me> on the end of a /ws macro.

/p DIE <t> !!!!!!one1!
Just... no.

/p Provoking <t>!
/wait 15
/p Provoke ready in 15 seconds.
/wait 15
/echo Voke ready.

I suppose Pimomo's Prepossessing Provoke Macro is superior to mine... though I do prefer that all macros have the word "die" in it somewhere. I didn't put it in the others because... well... I'm lazy. I suppose it's oki if you usually group w/ friends that think like you do.

I use /tell at the end of macros because sometimes I just need to see something twice before it sinks in...
