You use conquest points to get it from your nation guards that sell conquest items. And yes, anyone can use. Ive never used one, but its my understanding its a one use item. So once you use it you no longer have it. But you can always purchase another one.

Just confirming NotCoach's post. It's one-use, anyone can use it, and you get it from your Realm Guards (the signet casters in your home city), under Common Items. About 800-900 conquest points, I forget exactly how much.

750CP on Siren server, I dont know if it varies from server to server, i always carry one with me now as the amount of idiots i've partied with lately its not worth dying, and as a bard im usually the last person standing, so if im the last alive i use a scroll and the hell outta dodge, theres nothing heoric about being the last one standing and just waiting to die, especially when you get to higher levels and start losing nigh on 1000EXP per death.

yup looks like its about 750 conquest points on my server as well. i would strongly advise almost everyone to carry at least one of these on them if you're not a whm or blm. conquest points can easily be gained back but not xp if you get stuck with dumb groups that don't know the way out of a jungle (i.e. khazam - even with a map its a pain). people tend to ghetto-warp or deathwarp (i've done it myself) but you might lose all the xp you just gain. so yeah, dun leave your homepoint without it!

Be glad they lowered the price on Scroll of Instant Warp and Instant Reraise by half, before the 11/16 patch they used to cost 1500 CP and 1000 CP respectively.

It's also very handy for those missions or quests that take you way out to B.F.E. or deep into a monster infested dungeon. If you aren't a BLM, I highly recommend it.

Note though: it works just like the Warp spell and takes you back to your Home Point, so if you happened to save at an outpost along the way, you'll end up there, so be careful!

Another thing to add, although it's called "Instant Warp" be aware that it's not exactly "instant". It still has a cast time just like the Warp spell. You can still die at your home point after using it if the creature whacks you just as you warp out.

The Cost Of The Common Items Depends on Your Rank

Am I The Only One Who Knows This And Knows Thats Why Prices Differ? Im Rank 3 And A Scroll Is 750 While It Was 850 As Rank 2 And 1000 Or So As Rank 1 If My Memory is Correct.

maybe before the patch, you were rank 1. after the patch, you were rank 2?

for me as rank 2, the item costs 750 CP. i haven't checked it since getting rank 3 b/c i still have the last one i bought. i'll check it and add to this thread.

Anyone else use it as a Taru? It looks like you're scratching your butt while waiting for the spell to activate.
