When the charm effect wears off, and your beast is free does it start attacking you because its free now? Or will it just reamin passive and wander around again with out attackin you? Thanks!

It will come after you immediately after it becomes uncharmed.

Generally it's best to recharm that monster and have it fight again, though, because killing a monster that you've already charmed yields no EXP or items.

//Edit: Higher level beastmasters have a Calm ability that will make attacking monsters lose hate and go back to what they were doing.

You can actually kill it and get the item drop, but no xp.

oo Calm sounds like an awesome ability! very valuable in a camping spot, when something foul has respawned.

Actually, you CAN get full experience for a perviously charmed pet, but be warned that the pet must be at full health before you engage in order to attain the experience.
