Gardening Tree Saplings/Cuttings/CactusFollow

I placed this post last night but it was removed, so if anyone responded I cant find it. Im not sure why it would have been removed.

I have seen good guides for general gardening, but have seen nothing on Tree Saplings, Tree Cuttings, or Cactus Stems. These are pricy items so if there is any advice availabe it would be appreciated. This website shows nothing in the Item Search section.
