Crag chocos :: World of Warcraft

Does anyone know if the choco dealer guy at the crags are supposed to rent chocos for lvls 15-19? I know I can get a choco from the stable's in the cities in that level range, but I can't at the crags. Was the level limit only lowered for chocos you can get in the cities, because I thought it was world wide.

it only affects you if you already have a job at 20+ with the license, and your other jobs that are 15+ can get a chocobo only in the main cities..Windurst/San D'Oria and Bastok.

Yea the change only means you can get Chocobos in town as a 15 which is annoying but oh well!
