Recruiting for BCNM40 on FairyFollow

Okay, here is the plan. I am a 42 Red Mage desperately seeking a Phalanx scroll. I currently have around 110K gil in my pocket. I am seeking an experienced party that preferrably have defeated the BCNM40 in Giddeus before. I have a star orb and I am looking for a party that would find the following loot distribution equitable:

On the occurrance that a Phalanx scroll drops I will take that scroll and the rest of the loot will be sold and the gil equally distributed among the remaining five members with the additional 110K gil immediately split five ways among the rest of the members after the BCNM is defeated. Since I have seven mules in the four main cities, these sales should all be completed within two days for an additional 12K-30K per member (assuming no Erase drop as well, in which case around 80K gil for that item alone per member). All told, the profit per member for this one fight will be around 35-120K gil for one fight in this circumstance.

If no Phalanx scroll drops, the loot will all be sold at the AH and distributed six ways amongst the group for anywhere from 35K-100K gil per member involved. In this circumstance I will not split the 110K gil I have in my pocket after the fight, since I will be splitting the loot equally with the rest of the party.

I am seeking Beastmasters (one or two if possible to neutralize the white mandragoras), a White Mage, a Bard (this is essential), a Black Mage, possibly a Dark Knight, possibly a Paladin, possibly a Warrior, and possibly a Ranger. I am planning on doing this fight soon (possibly tomorrow) or in the 8-10 PST time range on one of the coming weekdays. Also, if any member has an orb as well, I would be more than willing to stick around for their fight also with whatever loot distribution terms you choose (assuming that the rest of the group is similarly willing to participate again).

The plan of attack is for the BLM and BRD to put the white mandragoras to sleep, the BST to capture one, and I will ele. seal/silence the Black one while the tank and the captured mandragora beat on the Black one. The WHM and I will keep the tank alive, while the BLM and BRD will primarily be occupied with keeping the other mandragoras asleep and/or incapacitated during the fight with the Black one. The white mage will need to have barwatera for this fight in case the black mandragora can get a flood off. I am more than willing to listen to experienced BCNM hunters on this strategy, though.
