Besides the Dunes is ther any place realitively near Bastok to lvl from 15+? The dunes are to camped out and there are too many BAD parties.

When I had a hard time finding a party in the dunes i went to Jugnar Forest with one other person and killed saplings at the entrance for 80+ exp each.
You must be careful there though because the tigers and orcs argo.

also check Pashow Marschlands.. it seems you find about the same stuff there, and IMO it's a lot less messy than Jugner

it's not even that far, just hop on the ferry in selbina and youre there!
Hard to form parties around there, ( my experience anywa ) but i can only think thats the best spot for around your exp to lv up :/
