I am in no way advocating this, just musing about how it would be kind of neat to have race specific jobs tailored to each race's innate abilities. What would you like to see?
Mithra Only - Sharpshooter: Ranged Sneak attack!
Taru Only - Saint: Lower level requirements for whm spells and reduced MP cost!
Taru Only - Elementalist: More nukes, less MP cost!
Galka Only - Crusher: Monks with versatility!
Elvaan Only - Bladedancer: Lots of EX swords skills+fixed TP cost!

Nevermind, most of these are just stolen from Tactics Advance.
Anyone have any GOOD ideas?

Hope it never happens. Love playing my Taru and knowing I can play every job with him. Why I love the little bugger so much. In any other game with same classes Taru would be stuck playing only casters and I would hate that.
