I don't know the full range, but here are some I came up with, they might help:
61.195.52.200:54000 <-PO login?
61.195.49.56:51242 <-PO login?
61.195.50.95:51220 <-PO services?
61.195.48.238:51304 <-PO services?
61.195.49.235:51304 <-FFXI Login/Lobby?
61.195.49.227:51304 <-Sylph Server?
I am not 100% sure, but as far as I know I did this right, here is how you get these in a few minutes. Pull up a command prompt/msdos window, and type netstat, it will list all current connections your computer has established. Note all the items listed (some will be for Browser/ICQ/AOL/ect.) then start up PlayOnline, as it is logging in (i.e. when it makes beeping noises) and such run netstat again, you will notice new items listed, those are the connections PlayOnline has established to the login servers, once it gets to the service menus, more will appear, start up FFXI, and back out before selecting your char, run netstat and a new ip address is there, that is the FFXI login, finally, go all the way into your character on server, and ALT-TAB to crash out, and run netstat, there should be a new ip address, this should be the World Server.
It looks like SE is in a specific Class A address, I don't know that they own the entire class A address, but they probably just rent part of it from a corporate ISP, meaning anything that is 61.195.xxx.xxx, esp 61.195.48.xxx to 61.195.52.xxx that you get is probably theirs, or should be. I don't know the other addresses for the world servers, or address for some of the services like email or tetramaster, but they should all be in the 61 block. BTW, I believe all the servers for both Japanese and American players are in Japan.
Hope this helped.
