my problem is I found this online,

'n I want it but I got 2 problems ...

the first one is they dont sell it online ,,
the second 1 is I'm outside the USA ,,

I wanna use my Game Cube gamepad ,,

plz help me :(

I'm not quite sure what this has to do with your Gamecube Gamepad. The link you provided is for a Universal Game Switch for Xbox/Playstation/Gamecube. This is something that connects your Gamecube to your TV. Has nothing to do with your gamepad. But if you want something similar, try this link:
