How does this Work?
I went to the M.M. guy in Windhurst.... Choose to take the Supplies to Peninsular Bubu. ... Gave them to the 'guy' there.
So now waht? Who do I talk to in order to Warp back to Bubu. from Windhurst? or am I mislead?

You can now warp there using a service provided by some NPCs. You must be level 20 to do this, and it will cost gil (varies depending on the balance of power). There is a warp person in the Windhurst Ports, near the fishing guild. I do not recall the name atm.
Yea...if anybody has any more information on this quest it would help me also...who in Bastok do talk to, and what do you do this the darkshard you get at the outpost or something along those lines?

Just talk to a guard that gives out signet in your home town and offer to do a supply run. You then get a list of regions you can deliver to. You can only deliver to regions that are under your town's control, though once you've delivered to that outpost you'll still be able to port there even if its currently under another town's control.
Once you accept a supply mission you have until the next Regional CP tally (which happens every Sunday) to deliver the supplies. You just talk to one of the guards at the outpost in the region you selected and they will thank you for the package, give you some CP (you get more CP depending on the region you deliver to, harder to get to areas = more CP) and you'll now be able to warp to and from that outpost in the future.
But what I'd like to know is, if you do several supply runs while a citizen of Bastok, then switch to say, D'Oria...do those supply runs you did before still count as places you can warp to? Or do you get to start all over? I just recently switched my citizenship from Bastok to D'Oria and havent had the chance to test where I could warp to yet.

To use teleportation services, you must first obtain and complete a supply quest to an outpost controlled by your nation.
In Bastok, talk to Conrad in the Metalworks. He can warp you to areas for which you've completed the supply quests. At each outpost there is an NPC that can offer teleportation services back to your hometown.

As I understand it, if you change citizenship all supply run flags get reset, so you would have to do them all over if you wish to use the teleportation service.
Erm...this is a somewhat related question. So if I'm rank 10 in Windurst, and I switch my allegiance to San d'Oria, then work back up to rank 10. Can I switch back to Windurst and be the same rank, or do I have to work all the way back up??

All your old rank, supply flags, conqyest points etc are saved and hidden away when you change citizenship. Changing back to Windurst would give you back your rank 10, supply runs, as well as any CP you had
I believe you keep your rank in that country even after switching alliances.

As long as you've done the supply quest, even if the area is beastman or controlled by another town you can still warp there.
And regional results are different for each server, they dont span across and tally up the same for all servers.
If you switch to another country, you do keep your CP/Rank from the original country...only you cant see/use the rank/CP until you're a citizen of that country again.
