not playing but keeping charater?Follow

With college starting back up soon I want to take a break from playing but do not want to lose my character.
Is the only way to do this is keep on paying $13/month?
What happens when you reactivate your context id?
What if you miss a month's payment does you character get deleted right away?

This is a great topic and I'd like to know the answer to as well. I'm torn between quitting/keep playing because of lack of time, but I'd like to keep my character if possible. I've heard that it is stored for up to 3 months after quitting...

OK well this is what I recall Reading..once you account goes inactive you have 90 days to reactivate your account in order to kepp you characters Alive. I currently Don't play anymore but plan on coming back to it some day, and if I have to pay 13$ every 3 months to keep my character alive I will.
41rdm/23smn/15thf/12war/5bst/5whm not really in the mood to do that all over again, specialy the unlocking smn part heh.

but I di go back to Ultima Online after about 2 years of an inactive account, and was surprised to find all my characters still intact lol.

I can confirm that the documentation says 90 days.

However, i took a break from DragonRealms (14 months), Ultima Online (9 months), and Everquest (45 months), and all had similar policies. In all cases, my character was there.

But unfortunately, who wants to take that chance?

Good luck.
